- For "Women-only seat", if the reservation is made for one person only, we will arrange the seat so that the adjacent seat is also seated by a female. However, the adjacent seat across the aisle or the seats in front or behind may be of the opposite sex.

About luggage

- The standard for luggage that can be checked in is one piece per person, with a total of three dimensions (length, width, height) not exceeding 100 cm. The size regulations may vary depending on the bus company, but most bus companies allow the same size and number of items as a carry-on luggage. However, there are exceptions, so when inquiring about the availability of a trunk room, please also inquire about the size of luggage that can be checked in.
- Prohibited items: dangerous items (explosives, flammable items, knives), folding bicycles, musical instruments, pets, golf bags, sports equipment, long and thin items (e.g., bamboo swords). In addition to the above, fragile items cannot be checked in as they cannot be compensated for damage. Of course, suitcases that exceed the specified size cannot be checked in either.

Are there any restrictions on carry-on luggage on the bus?

There are no special restrictions on carry-on luggage inside the bus, but please ensure it fits at your feet or on your lap so as not to disturb other passengers. Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought into the bus as it may affect the adjustment of the seat in front. For safety reasons, placing items in the aisle of the bus is prohibited.

Can I make a reservation for the highway bus on the day of departure?

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that reservations may not be available depending on the reservation status on that day.

Can I reserve a specific seat on the bus?

Accepted Answer

Seat numbers are assigned by the bus company on the day of boarding, so our system does not allow for specifying seat locations in advance.

What date should I book for buses departing after midnight?

Please select the boarding date when booking a night bus. Example: [Departing at 23:00 on January 1] [Arriving early morning on January 2] The booking date should be January 1. [Departing at 01:00 on January 2] [Arriving early morning on January 2] The booking date should be January 2. The arrival date will also be displayed, so please check it as well.

I completed my reservation, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you do not receive an email after making a reservation or payment, the following could be possible reasons:

- The process is not yet complete
- Email reception restrictions
- Incorrect email address registration
- The email is in your spam folder

Where can I check my reservation information?

You can check it from "My Page".
After logging in with the reservation ID and email address you registered when making the reservation,you can check the list of reservation statuses on My Page.

Question 15

I would like to modify my reservation details. How can I do that?

Accepted Answer

As a rule, we do not accept modifications to reservation details. Please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. For example, changes such as gender cannot be modified as they are related to seat selection.

Question 16

I want to cancel my reservation. How can I do that?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel it on "My Page".
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged per person for reducing the number of passengers or canceling the reservation.
Administrative fee and taxes will not be refundable.

Question 17

Maaari bang makansela ang bus dahil sa masamang panahon (bagyo, malakas na niyebe, atbp.)?

Accepted Answer

Kung magpasya ang kumpanya ng bus na ikansela ang serbisyo dahil sa masamang panahon o pagkasara ng kalsada, magbibigay kami ng buong refund. Ipapaalam namin sa inyo sa pamamagitan ng email kapag kumpirmado na ang kanselasyon.
